BEWARE! Of Owner Dave Nelson contractor. Only reason for 1 star review is: its “required” To be able to write a review. Beware, do not pay for poor quality work or unprofessional services.
Our barn rebuild from a fire, needed to be steel sided. We contracted Mr. Nelson to do our steel. His website is extensive, appears to have + reviews with pictures of large barn jobs. Our barn is 40 x 40. Mr. Nelson also said he would install our electrical outlets as he does residential work as well and promised a good fit on the steel. So much of our steel is DENTED, SCRATCHED, JAGGED CUTTINGS, GAPS, NO CAULKING AROUND OPENINGS + more. There is not enough space to let you all know all the problems. See pictures. Until our barn is repaired and replacements done. We want to inform all of you of our experience. The clean up from the personal trash, cigarette butts, screw & tin snips all over the concrete and grass that we are still cleaning up was a huge concern as we have a farm with livestock. The mess left, resulted in two flat tires!. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND DAVE NELSON (APC.LLC).
