They put nails through the top of shingles in at least one location. The drip edge was attached hap-hazardly and there are several locations where nails were hammered through the drip edge. I have scratches on one of my large main windows that occurred during the roof tear off. A J-Channel is bent and not draining properly. Upon the first rain after my roof was replaced there was a leak into my dinning room & damaged drywall. They "fixed" the leak, but all they did was put a small piece of metal in problem area and then caulked it. It took months to get someone from Allstate to "fix" my drywall. But all they did was remove the damaged surface and applied drywall mud. I was left to sand and paint it myself. There is mold on the adjacent garage ceiling that they didnt fix. Since they refused to properly fix the dead zone/roof leak area, I have to pay another company to fix it. They are unresponsive and hard to get ahold if you have any problems. Take your insurance check somewhere else.

This is a company you call if you want the job done right the first time. I have done subcontracting repair work for them in the past, and their staff is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The bad review seems out of character for this company, and you need to keep in mind that you cannot make everyone happy. Roofing companies do not get this large by providing poor service.
