Terrible food, service, price, the bar is dirty and old and smelly and the owner is rude and talks about the patrons.

I ordered from Ming's for the first time Saturday September 13th, I ordered fried rice and phoenix and dragon.the fried Rice was the best I've had in Beloit but the phoenix and dragon had a tan rubber band in it, of course I tossed it, thinking maybe it came off of the packaging. Craving Chinese food another Saturday I decided just fried rice, thinking they can't screw that up,only to find a piece of plastic inside.when I called they offered food credit, I'm sure I will give you a third chance, I asked for credit to my card , they asked for my number, someone just called me from the "restaurant"lol and hung up after I said hello a few times, what a joke

I have been enjoying the freshly cooked food for years!! I laugh at all of the bad reviews. Same owners since way back when it was called something else. The food is fresh. Not kept in a coolee to be reheated. Absolutely delicious. My favorite chinese place to eat!!!

I wish I would have listened t...

I wish I would have listened to the other warnings about this place. We usually get our Chinese take out in Janesville, but decided to try local. It was by far the worst Chinese food that we have ever had, and the service was just as bad. We ordered Jade beef. It was runny and mushy all at the same time, burned pot stickers, but looked raw in the middle, egg rolls dripping with oil, fried rice that was just rice soaked in soy sauce, and two orders of orange chicken, which came as two seperate (very small) bags of fried chicken pieces, with a container of sauce. We tried to be optimistic and eat it anyway, but ended up throwing most of it away. I am not trying to be rude, but I was honestly afraid that someone might end up getting food poisioning. My husband and I had just spent $49.00, forfitting our Valentine dinner out, for Chinese food with the kids, having nothing to show for it, but 3 hungry kids to take to McDonalds. I was a bit upset. I decided to call and talk to the manager. A guy answered who could not offer any help (but many excuses) and told me that he would have the manager call me back. No one called back, so I finally called them back . This time the same guy answered and was not so nice, he told me that the manager may not ever call me back "the manager is probably in a meeting or something" (7:30 at night?) and that he was busy "chopping onions" and didn't have time to go and talk to the manager for me. Thank God our Credit card company backed us. I hope that no one else takes a chance on this place, only to find out the hard way

I had recently dined at Ming's on Madison and had a pleasant experience. I understand that it is currently under new management. The egg rolls are out of this world and the pepper steak was the best I ever had it was well seasoned and not bland. The restaurant has a new interior that has enhanced the previous ambiance and the exterior is under consturction. Overall, I give Ming's on Madison thumbs up
