My coworkers (15+) and I placed an order for a bouquet of flowers for our boss for Boss' Day online and the next day, they delivered something OPPOSITE from what we ordered. When we called to object, we were lied to and said that online it says or whatever is available, that we could NOT have a refund even though it was nothing like what we ordered, and that she did not care to lose our business, oh and then said "well yeah, maybe I should have called you to tell you I didn't have in stock what you wanted". She yelled at me, and ended up giving us half back, only because I spent the time to complain. Needless to say, we will NEVER be placing an order with them again. I will gladly post pictures of what we ordered versus what we got.
