The person who is working today 11/07/14. Should not have a job in customer service, she was rude ignorant an hung up on my mother. An when my mom was there before to pay her bill there was a sign on the door out to lunch, you would think there would be a drop box or an automated way to pay your bill but nope you have to deal with rude ignorant POS like this lady! Mind you my mother is disabled! So much for customer service!!
