LOVE my fridge i bought from Wahl's

We worked with Nate, he was awesome. Went in to buy 3 appliances and walked out buying 4 appliances. Great customer service, thanks Nate. We will be buying 2 more appliances from you in the future.

I had a Fridgidare wall unit air conditioner installed on 6/26/15 supposed to be new, but date on it says it was made 10/13 and it doesnt' work. Blows cold air but ADDS humidity to room, humidity goes up 10% when on.
They refuse to replace it saying nothing is wrong with it even though I contacted the Frididare company who said it was 100% covered.
They don't honor warranties and sell reconditioned units as new.

Recently bought appliances for my new house. I like all the new pieces and was very happy with the price. Two of the pieces were ding and dent and I saved quite a bit of money. The salespeople were very knowledgeable and the delivery guys were great. Will definitely shop here again.

The salespeople at Sears were so pushy, they didn't care about anything but my money. I went to Wahl's Appliance in Beloit and they helped me find the perfect refrigerator. I am so happy. Thanks Wahl's!

Kitchenaid refrigerator purchased from here making loud noises since not long after delivery, First one came with a big hole in the side of the cavity, stove i bought came with used rack inside it, was suppose to be new, told they do not honor warranty if item is working , would never buy anything from them again ever,

I will never do business with Wahls again. I bought a used dryer from them with the understanding that it was rebuilt and that I should have no problems with it. Well I have had it for about 6 months and have had them come to my house once, took it I once (just for them to tell me nothing was wrong with it) brought it home and it still was not working. Called to have them come tony house and see for themselves that something was wrong with it. Had an appointment between the hours of 9-12 because obviously a set time is too hard for them, just for them not to show up at all. This is not how a business should be run and i hope people don't buy into their scandals and lies.

Bought a used washer and dryer from Wahl's. They promised that all used appliances worked great and had all new parts. The first time we ran the washer, it made a terrible grinding noise and we had to return it because it was beyond being repaired by their mechanic. Dryer worked fine, though.

I spent quite a bit of money at Wahl's wanting to support a local business.... What a MISTAKE. During delivery of my furniture a mover walked right through my screen door. He claimed full responsibility and promised management would call me that day. They did not. After I put in the effort calling day after day after day with no response, Wahl's finally said that it was MY fault that HE walked through the screen door and they refused to pay for repairs. Don't support dumb & dumber furniture store. I agree with the below review, don't support these crooks and liars.

bough the refrigerator and up right freezer from Wahl's both have issue the ref. broke down after 15 month, I call the repair man he told me this not a scratches n dent ref, this one not new either is recondition some one had been used over 10 month returned or they pick up from some one and resale for higher prices... and they told us just good @ new, what a liar. and the up right freezer the seal not good called them they never come either... forget this jerk...never buy more from this liar.
