After endless phone calls, being told we could come tour the place we got let down not once but twice. Showed up 15 mins early for the appointment only to find out an hour later that the manager completely ditched us. The lack of professionalism is enough to not even bother moving into the place. Even after I left voicemails about her no show, never once received a call back or apology. Looking at the location as well, it isn't friendly and not safe. Everyone there appears to be very stingy, rude, and shady looking. All in all not a good experience and VERY unprofessional! Save yourself time and look elsewhere.

I do not know why this has had bad reviews. I have lived here 10 years, there is a great management and maintenance staff (Amy and Kurt) and this property is always up kept nicely. And as for anyone just moving in, not true there is a full background check done. I asked and I enjoy my neighbors. There are a few here we could all do without but that is anywhere. So don't second guess yourself, give this place a chance, it will grow on you!!

Don't ever move there!!! Landlords are liars and are very unprofessional. The rent goes up every year and the place isn't worth it. Also, they just let anybody move in. It's not safe if you have children. Be warned!!!! Stay away!!!

Nice apartments and staff - but too close to the "hood" and not a very safe location at night. Close to the college and down town.. so if you're a student or daytime person it's probably okay. My friend says she moving as soon as she finds a place across the border.
