forgot to file>>>>well i donot know what happend but i file my return thier every year and i allways get my return back before it is due.

I had our taxes done on March 19 2014. I was told everything is done and complete and we will receive a refund in 7 to 10 days. Well today is May 22 2014 and we still havent received a tax return! I went into their office to find out why we havent received our refund yet, and found out the never submitted the tax papers or efiled! Now today I've taken my paper work to H&R block after Lonnie from bennett was very rude and blamed me for their error. We are also possibly facing penalties from the IRS due to late filing! If you want good tax service, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
