My son went there today around 2:30 to see if they could give our Dog Mercedes a bath. I used to take my dog Pepper a Schnauzer there for grooming. There were three young woman there all three on their cell phone. When my son asked if they could give our dog a bath they stated they were too busy. My son 45 years old , looked around and told the girls it was bull that they all could stand around and not hive his dog a bath because they were booked solid . One girl working on a dog rest were playing with their phone. This is our last time that we will go to Petsmart in Belton. I will also contact the corporate office .
I have three dogs I will do my business with someone else from now on. Be assured I will let my friends know also . We would have understood IV they had more then one dog in the grooming area.
