Harold Floyd is the only septic system pumper in the area we use and recommend to others. He's truly the best!

Excellent service. This was my first experience with septic tank problems. My toilets backed up into the shower. Floyd Septic Tank Service came right away, unclogged the line, and pumped out the tank. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs help with a septic tank. Floyd is a very nice, helpful, knowledgeable man. He answered all my questions and told me how to take care of the septic system. He is reasonably priced and fast. Finding good service people is difficult sometimes if you don't have friends with similar issues to make recommendations. That's when I turn to internet reviews. I just wanted to be sure to tell everyone that Floyd Septic Service is the BEST!!!

Very good service. Called around 9 in the morning and they were there by early afternoon, which is quick in my opinion when everyone else said they wouldn't be here til the next day. Were very professional and taught this city boy a thing or 2 about septic systems. Cleaned up the yard afterwards and all in all were just exceptional people. Highly recommend them to everyone.

Floyd is the guy you call when you need your septic cleaned out. He came to my house the same day I called him and charged less than anyone that I called (although I did Tip him). Floyd and his helper was very professional and got the job done quick. It took them less than an hour to locate the tank, dig, drain, and cover it. Floyd did the job right and did right by me. He's my septic guy.
