They do not return phone calls at all. After 15 years with them and buying our spa from them Can not rely on them at all

Blue Crest pools is quite possibly the worst business I have ever dealt with. They were supposed to come fix our pool 3 weeks ago and have yet to come out. When I called them to check on the status, they were rude and made promises that weren't kept. Tuesday, when they didn't show up (again) I called and was told I was more than welcome to take my business elsewhere. The owner of the company refused to talk to me on the phone even after his employee hung up on me. If you ever need any pool work done, DO NOT even bother to call them.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Roy the owner is shady! He used the money you give him for your pool to use on other jobs then delay finishing your pool until he can get another victim. He told use that it would take him 6 weeks to finish our pool and it took them 4 months. If your going to get a pool buy one from anyone else other than this guy. He's a crook!
