The old man that works/runs this place is horribly rude!!! I will tell everyone I know to avoid this location.

Very rude and unprofessional, I will NOT be coming back and I will be sure to let others know not to bring their clothes there either. When you drop off an expensive garment you know the examine it to see any flaws. For example a hole or a few holes, which I did. When I brought the dress back to show them the issue (a few small holes in a stain that "couldn't be removed so the garment wouldn't be damaged"!). The young lady up front was friendly and asked someone else what to do, a manager or owner who was an older lady. She came over and before even looking at it or trying to find out what happened just repeatedly told me that they "informed" me that there were issues with the dress. These "issues" we're that a stain couldn't come out not that they put a hole in it! The guy from the back who worked on the dress came up to me also and told me that the hole was there when I dropped it off and that a bug most likely ate the fabric. He was nice and helpful however I know there was not a hole before I dropped it off. The older lady continued to tell me how it's not their fault, now added in the bug theory and the same things she already told me. So I said well ma'am "if" there was a hole on a garment when someone drops it off, in the future it would be nice to let the customer know. So her response is to tell me I should have looked at it better before I drop it off. She was beyond rude to me and clearly knows nothing about customer service and doesn't listen.
