BIG WASTE of Time.
Wish I could give this place 0 Stars!
I invited several friends to get together for a spa treatment and lunch for my birthday. I called the spa 1 month in advance and spoke with the owner, Kayla. I told her what I was planning and asked if they could provide services for 5-6 people at the same time on June 8th. She told me they could handle 4 massage treatments, 1 nail treatment and 1 facial. She also said she would hold the 11:00am time slot for me for all treatments and to let her know in the next couple of days what we wanted.
2 days later I called, explained what I needed and told them the full name of each person and the exact spa treatment they requested. Each service was 50-60 minutes at 11am for June 8th.
After 5 of us drove 45 minutes to arrive at 11am on June 8th, the manager(Taylor) of the spa told us we did not all have appointments. They had our names but were not sure what treatments we each wanted. They had nothing scheduled for me and then said they could not give everyone a treatment. She said someone needed to have a facial (which none of us wanted) and then told us we would all be scheduled at different times.
It must be very challenging to schedule appointments for people on the phone!
They never called me to ask questions or tell me there was a problem. Taylor told me she was sure the owner would want to call me later, but she apparently did not care about loosing 5 paying customers because she never called.

Such a cozy & peaceful setting that you can't help but to escape into pure relaxation! Great staff & many options to enhance your experience.

The best spa I have experienced in forever! I got a day package gift card for my birthday and it was exactly what I needed. The facial, massage, and pedicure were all amazing! I can't wait to return, I'm already booked 2 weeks from now.

Now I know why they have received so much recognition. We really needed a great Day Spa in Central Texas. You know from the moment you walk in that all your stress will be melted away!
