My 2000 Silverado 4x4 was the last new pickup my dad bought before he passed away in 2005. Although it only had 66,500 miles on it, and was in excellent mechanical condition, the inner and outer rockers, cab corners, rear cab mount, and box wheel openings were rusting quite badly. I had Barnes Automotive replace the components on the cab and repair, prep, paint the cab and prep, paint and install a pickup box that I bought in California. It turned out so well that my dad probably wouldn't know it from when he drove it off the dealership's lot in 1999. It should last me as long as I'll be driving due to Jack Barnes' excellent attention to rust prevention which included using the same sprayed on bed liner on the underside of the box as he sprayed inside the box. They also cleaned, prepped, and painted the frame with a rust resistant pain. Thanks Jack and Jackie for your great work and excellent service.
