My kids have been going to him for years, but over the past 5 years it seems Dr Malcolm himself has lost his bedside manner all the way! He doesn’t greet the parents anymore, is just plain rude with how he speaks to the kids and instead of educating them on hygeine he would rather tease and do a mild form of bullying on my son. Done with him and also they can’t get their patients in any sooner than 3 months out! Even the ones who have gone to him forever! The last time I went there we were 12 min late and I explained it’s because my son gets horrible anxiety before coming to dr Malcolm and he got sick in the car. They didn’t care one bit And we waited over three months for that appointment so now we have an appointment in three more months is this soon as he could reschedule us don’t waste your time go somewhere else that the person actually cares about your kid.

Andy joe could you get your dad to return the doll cabinet keys before I report them stolen to silvis police... immediately. .. I will make report by tomorrow afternoon...
