I've been doing business with this cleaner for years only because of being the only cleaner in Leland. They're the worst business I've ever seen. The word "rude" does not do them justice. I picked up an order while heading to my daughter's wedding. The shirts had multiple broken buttons. The shirts were supposed to be starched and had none. Instead they starched by cotton slacks so stiff they were unwearable. When I complained, they told me to take my business elsewhere. Recently they lost a new pair of slacks. This was the second pair in 10 days they didn't place with my pickup order. I got the most recent pair they lost and the girl told me that once I walk out the door they are not responsible. The management does not care any more than the employees.

Completely discolored a comforter that I love. Very disappointed and plan on getting my money back!

Wish there were 0 star category. Have lost an article of my clothing twice, and act as if it is my fault. Once I had to take a shirt back that had not been adequately cleaned and pressed. The girls at the counter are rude. Used them because of convenience to Waterford Community. Third strike. They are OUT!

Me: "This shirt is linen. Should it be dry cleaned?"

Sullen attendant: "i dunno. Just tell me how you want it."

Me: "What do you recommend?"

Attendant: "I don't know nuthin about no cleanin'."



I gave them two chances; no more.
