My experience with Margaret’s Garden and Gift was not a great experience. If I could give less than 1 star for service. I purchased flowers and did not receive what I paid for. Called to express my dissatisfaction and the owner and someone that works there thought I hung up the phone and they then had a conversation about me. They referred to me as “some nigga”. This was not the only comment but this sealed the deal. The words flowed off their tongue like it was nothing new to them to use such language. These two people said exactly what they were feeling but did not realize I was still on the phone to hear it. This florist doesn’t have to worry about me using them PERIOD. I returned the flowers and they are not refunding my money. Lesson learned to not order from this florist and I am letting my friends know of my experience.
