I recently called in for a combination pizza to go at the local Antioch, CA Pappa Murphys (1/2 Pappas Favorite & 1/2 Hawain). After repeating 3 times what I wanted, I assumed the boy that answered had it right. When I arrived at the store, I was surprised to find that the pizza they made up for me did not include the Pappa's Favorite that I ordered. The boy at the counter told his companion to please correct the order. Upon returning home, I found that the pizza they had given me again was not what I'd ordered. It was some kind of sliced meat over cheese, not the Pappas Favorite with sausage, olives, peppers, etc. I will never go back to to your establishment again and hope you do something about the shoddy service I was subjected to!

We went to Mason City PaPa Murphy's after having a busy hectic day and was so overwhelmed with aarons all day so by the time supper time came I wasnt mentally or physically prepared to make supper but wanted something fresh and hot,,,boy we werent prepared for the best pizza ever. we walked in and there was a friendly warm smile greeting me as I walked in then I ordered... couldnt believe how cheap the prices was but the quality of the food is high, watching them smile while preparing...then all I had to do is throw it in the ovenit came out perfect. we had the best family fun night and the pizza was the highlight.and after having such a busy hectic say it ended with the smiles from the person who greeted me when I walked in to the smiles on my kids faces when eating the pizza,,,I rate PaPa Murphy's the best pizza around and highly recommend it for anyone who wants something fresh and hot with cheap prices, but high quality food...

Your pizza is absolutely the best ever. However, the way you take advantage of your managers is simply horrible. You make them work very long hours with very few days off. Have you ever watched Undercover Boss? I think you should consider doing that so that you can see how much you are abusing them. You use the best ingrediens in your pizza and your customers are completely satisfied but you should be treating your managers with the same attitude that you do in providing th best for customers. How do you expect these poor managers to have a life?

I have tried to find the site so that I could take your survey for free cheesy bread but couldn't find it. Not coming up under pappasurvey.com. We love your pizzas and order 4-6 a month (for us that 's alot) we never go out, don't like fighting the people.

Pappa Murphy's has great pizza and the ingredients are super fresh. We really loved the cinnamon bread too. The cheezy bread is also delicious.

Planning on having a quick and easy meal for Christmas we picked up Papa's Murphy's Lasagna. It was absolutely horrid!! First it was very this approx 2 to 3 noodles per layer and the taste was bland. There pizza may be good but no to the Lasagna!!!!

I absolutely love Papa Murphey's Pizza, I was introduced to you by a friend who moved back to the Charleston area last year, a couple of months back, my reply to a pizza that I had to back myself was, "Are you crazy, I don't want a pizza I have to make myself, I want one already done!" OMGoodness, the best pizza I have ever tasted, don't care to go anywhere else. With half of America on Face book, I can't imagine why you wouldn't advertise with it? Your business would probably triple! I need to be able to get ads about upcoming discounts, I live a bit of a distance from where your store is located, and would love to know in advance what kind of deals you are running, it might cause me to frequent the store more often? Not a complaint necessarily, just a suggestion.

I called and got Michael and told him my name. I said "I wanted a 3 item delight" I wanted It Sausage and cxanadian bacon on the whole thing." " And I wanted the 3 topping to be split. One half b.O. and OTHER half mushrooms" He proceded to repeat the order and I perhaps interupted too soon,. Miscomunication he was most likely reading each half (had I given him time) rather my clear statement. The pizza was picked up and using no coupons. Tonight four people ended up with several unusal happenings. The pizza arrived with both vegetables on the SAME side. ; ( SO diggin and pickin-. It cocked up great as usual. Pizza seamed thinest ever. My uncle swears he bit into bone from the sausage. Almost immediatly my card partner spit into her hand a OLIVE seed. We have enjoyed about 100 pizzas from you over the years. Love your crews friendlieness and don't mind waiting 5 deep!

We love Papa Murphy's pizza. I always get the "Cowboy". Lots of meat and sauce. I have always been most happy with the looks and flavor. The service is wonderful. This is the only pizza place we go now.
