Had Wagner close up our cabin for the winter. Actual charge was nearly $100 more than what was quoted.

It was cold night we just got to our cabin for the weekend and our water froze. Wagner Plumbing came and saved us they got us water back that night and we didn't have to stay in a hotel. The after hours technician was very quick to respond and made sure everything was working before he left.

Came out to inspect my well pump on a home I recently bought 11 miles out of town. Told me pump was ok; recommend a new pump. Sent me a bill for $150 for the 10 min. inspection; thought it was high.

I asked them to come thaw some water lines. The fisr attempt they weren't able to. Come to find out later bacuse their Jose on the machine was rotten. They called later and said they made adjustments to the machine and that the first call wouldn't be charged. So I gave them a second chance, when I got the bill it was outrageous they charged me almost $200 just to drive to my house and back 24 miles from their shop. What a rip off. Save your money and find someone else, he charges over $150 an hour for drive time plus mileage at 65 cents a mile both ways.
