We went as a group of about 25 people to this place for lunch on a Saturday. The place was busy, which usually means good things... usually. The waitress was good and efficient and took our orders within a decent time. Those that ordered basic, simple items i.e. burgers, salads, etc got their food and the orders were correct.



HOWEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



Those who ordered anything other than burgers and fries, got their orders NOT EVEN CLOSE TO CORRECT! I ordered a chicken fried steak (dry), onion rings and cole slaw. What I got was a steak swimming in gravy, okra and beans. It wasn't just me as about 40% of us had their orders wrong as well.



While the food was decent, the overall feeling that the cooks can't read English was ever present and very disappointing. I guess if you're the only restaurant in a small town, you don't have to be good to attract people who aren't too fussy about food.



Thank goodness it's a long way from home so I'll NEVER go back to this crumby place!
