This apartment SEEMS like it would be a great place to live, but don't sign here. Their billing is a nightmare. You will come home from a long day at work and find notices on your door. You will spend hours fighting with the front office over payments not getting applied and incorrect invoices. Just to find out it was their error. The worst billing practices I have ever seen.



Actually living there is terrible too. No parking and if you pay for covered parking someone will probably park in your spot anyways. The front office staff are great before you sign, but go in their after you sign and you will see how terrible they treat tenants. They talk to you like you are a child and they are very disrespectful. I felt like mt life was on hold for the time I lived here and the quality of life was depleted. I tried to not stay at the apartment as much as possible.



Don't do it.

Had an extremely difficult time resolving a billing issue with this company.
