My Apt is a health hazard. I have lived there 3 years and have continuously turned in work orders for the same water drips, leaks etc. I am sure there is black mold under the tub. My dining area is now in my living room because another pipe burst in the wall and now there are 3 large holes and you can see and smell the mildew and mold. My front door has 1-3 inch gaps where it leaks all my heat and a/c out. I have been promised over and over they will be there to fix these problems but they keep putting me off as the problems continue to grow. All they worry about are make ready's for people to move in but once you are here good luck on getting anyone to do anything for you. And by the way, the swimming pool has not been open in 2 summers. I would rather not give them a rating. It is a slum.
