First time, but not the last! Super friendly and helpful. They did an amazing job on two pairs of boots at a great price.

I take all my shoes here for repair. Their prices are very good and the work is high quality. I highly recommend this shop!

This is the only shoe repair place that I could locate that didn't send the shoes to Dallas to repair, which can take up to a week to get a pair of shoes back. I had 3 pairs of high heels (2 boots and 1 dress shoe) that needed the caps replaced on them. They fixed all of them onsite the same day. I was in a hurry, so they were nice enough to expediate my repairs. They had them done within an hour. They were very courteous, professional and my shoes look and feel great. I've already recommended them to family and friends.

my boots were rebuilt by a repairman that knew his bussiness. wonderful work, had heard of the repairman from many people. glad i came!!!!!!!

THE BEST! If your looking for good old service, knowledge, courtesy & reasonable pricing you found it here. I did not think there were places like this anymore. I took 2 old leather pocket books (purses) in to have redone. 1 was about 10yrs old and the other around 20yrs. I love the style & cannot find anything like them. When I picked them up they looked like new. I wish I would have taken a pic before & after to show you. I was so impressed. I really cannot find words for the service. Good old down home people. I would recommend this place for anything you need in leather. I drove from Ponder, TX and it was well worth the drive. Kathy

Great place to get repairs done on boots, saddles, any leather you need done. Very reasonable on pricing as well. Great customer service. If you want some custom boots made this is the place to go the boot maker is great!

You can't beat the customer service or the prices. The custom boot maker is fantastic. Beautiful saddles as well. Leather work by hand is hard to find these days but you can get it there and custom made as well. From minor repairs on you handbag to making you a custom pair of boots. They do a great job.

From the repairs that they do on my boots, shoes, belts and saddles to the custom boots, belts and saddles I have had them create I give Texas Boot Shoe & Saddle Repair my highest marks possible. On a scale of 1 to 10 they rate a 10! I highly recommend them for all your local leather needs! Thanks to the guys for all you do and the way you do it!

Wow! my boots look and feel great after Texas Boot Shoe and Saddle Repair resoled them and polished them. They were great to deal with and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Fort Worth, Texas area! The Custom made boots and saddles were absolutely beautiful to look at. I am going to save up for a pair of custom made cowboy boots myself. Full Quill Ostrich is gonna be my choice!

I had an emergency, "boot repair" while traveling through Fort Worth. I happened to find this small, unassuming shop which did an emergency repair on a decade old, custom boot. The repair was done within 1 hour - not only to my satisfaction, but they shined both boots for free. This experience needs noting for it is seldom you find a small, owner shop who is dedicated to customer satisfaction.



On my way back through, I intend to stop by and have them re-measure my foot for another pair of boots. It will be worth the drive to get a new pair. My foot is not shaped for off-the-rack boots and I am unable to return to my original boot maker as he has now passed.



This find is worth more than just time spent traveling.
