Great Customer Service!

Devin in computers took a lot of time today helping me choose the right PC for me. He did a Stellar job! I couldn't have done it and been happy without him. Also, a big THANK YOU to…I think his name is Adam at Customer service for his incredible patience and fantastic attention to so many details. Alone, at the customer service counter because it was lunch time for everyone else…maybe something to reconsider at this time of the year…Adam processed my complicated return, ran two return cash registers, helped several customers and answered numerous questions for co-workers…all at the same time! Nice Work people…Thank You and Merry Christmas.

Just spend 10 hours trying to hook up my new printer from HP....Best Buy was willing to help for $150...gee, thx

Not the Best Buy

The people working here are very nice and helpful, but I can find the same products at a lower price at stores like Wal Mart and Fred Meyer. I go here to find out what I need for my computer and such, then I go buy what they recommend at another store.
