They have terrible customer service and are extremely rude. The owner said he was too busy to hear my complaint.

Horrified by their lack of customer service. We ordered carpet and were told 7 to 10 business days for it to be delivered and installed. When we contacted them to schedule the install date we were told by the girl at the front desk we would have to wait another week since and I quote "we usually have problems with our trucks and getting carpet on time". First of all, fire this girl, you don't say something like that to a customer, second don't guarantee a 7 to 10 day window if you can't deliver. So now were 2 weeks out from when we placed our order. We have a date set for install and 3 days before that date, we receive a phone call saying we will have to reschedule and wait another week. That's over a month from when we ordered and paid for this carpet. We told them to cancel the order and we will take our business elsewhere. We then receive a phone call back saying they cannot cancel it because its a " special order" (we apparently have different ideas of what a special order is since I walked in their store and pointed to the sample I wanted) anyway, but get this, the owner could pull some strings and get the carpet in on time so we could keep our install date. Wow. So I'm writing this the morning of the install date...oh but wait they were supposed to be here 2 hours ago and I still have no carpet! Where are they? Well according to the incompetent woman at the front desk, the installer had some trouble on a previous job so he is using my time slot to fix it. And should be out to put my carpet in later this afternoon. My husband took today off work so we could move furniture and get this taken care of, now the carpet won't even be done until the time he normally gets home, so lost wages there. I will NEVER do business's with them again and will NEVER recommend them. Their loss too because we're remolding and they just lost A LOT of business
