We purchased a home through our realtor that Connie had listed through Cascade Sotheby's. The day we had arranged to view the home (after travelling more than 2 hours) the key was not left in the lockbox. Connie forgot to put it back. That was our first clue that she lacked professionalism. Once an offer was made and accepted, Connie was very unresponsive to having the necessary paperwork signed. We asked for some minor items to be repaired and either the work was shotty, or it wasn't done at all. She was extremely rude on the phone when asked when the remaining inspection items that had been agreed to be fixed would be done. She flat said that they weren't and asked if it would be a deal breaker. She also said if we didn't like it, we could back out and find another home to buy. Her supervisor was called to report Connie's unprofessionalism but would not return our call. Apparently when your a big international realtor you don't need to treat people with respect. When we finally recieved the ONE key and ONE garage door opener (after several reminders) from her, we entered our new home to find the range was left on and the ice cube tray moved to fill the freezer with ice. Maybe it wasn't retaliation but you think a good realtor would do one last walk through before handing a key to the new buyer. We will be spreading the word to warn people not to use Connie Jensen or Cascade Sotheby's.
