Our summer home was our place of rest untill the weekend we found 1/2" long ants. They turned out to be Carpenter ants. We called three pest control companys and ended up going with Dan's Pest Control. The serviceman was friendly, honest, and was skilled at his craft. No more ants and it's been 6 weeks since the spray. We will use Dan's Pest control again if needed.

Dan was very friendly on the phone and was able to come out the same day. When he arrived he listened to our issues (small ants, possible mice) ... and then explained some options. He was up front with the costs associated with various treatments and what that would entail. After a thorough investigation of our home (walking the perimeter of the outside of the house AND going underneath the house) he gave his recommendation - which was actually the least expensive of our options. He was very honest, friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend his services!

Dan is very professional and always prompt. My mouse problem required 5 visits with him going into our home's crawl space each time. He was very polite and did all he possibly could to minimize tracking any debris brought up with him inside the house. His pricing is fair but I was hesitant to pay his fee in full on his first visit. I relayed a story of a company who came to my home several years ago with a promise of follow-up visits but never returned. Dan volunteered his OR Dept. of Agriculture certification as well as his driver's license for me to copy as reassurance. He proved himself an honest man and takes pride in a job well done. Dan is definitely on my "GO TO" list of local independent professionals that I trust and will recommend to others.

I was very impressed with the service from Dan. Unlike another company that just looked from the outside, he got into the crawl space and into the attic every time he came. He found and closed off several openings that the other company had missed. He respected my desire not to kill the mice, but to catch them alive and let them go outside the house. When he thought it was time to put out traps that killed the mice, he made a compassionate and reasonable argument to do so. I can't recommend him highly enough.

We called Dan when our dog spotted a mouse in the house. Dan came to the house quickly, on time, and made a detailed initial assessment before discussing the removal strategy. He made multiple (4) visits over the next month (but the mice were gone after the second). He inspected the crawl space, under decks, and the parameter of the house each visit. He found and repaired entry points and was always professional.Also, he was sensitive to our disliking of having to kill the mice. He educated us on how to take a proactive approach to mice and other unwanted four, six, and eight legged guest. We hired Dan to help us with mice control. It was nothing but a positive experience from the moment I spoke to him on the phone to the last time we shook hands and he eliminated our problem. He was prompt, courteous, careful of our home property, unobtrusive in how he went about his work, fair with his pricing and an additional bonus, a nice person. He gave my wife and me immediate piece of mind of what was becoming a very frustating problem. Although we hope not to have any other problems, if we do, Dan is the only one we will call!

The ants finally beat me! I'm a VERY stubborn person, and we have lived in our house for 21 years. We have been dealing with 2-3 massive winged ant infestations every year, and the people before us did as well. We have tried MANY DIY way's of getting rid of them. A couple years ago - we re-did our floors in tile, and replaced our front entry way and was pretty sure that we would never see ants in the house again! WRONG! First hot week in the spring - here they came! I finally cried Uncle! I'm not much for advertising, I trust referrals from known friends better, and when my friend told me at how Thankful they were to find Dan's Pest Control, and that he took care of their problem and that he was a nice guy - I figured I'd try him, as I was finally done beating my head against the ant wall! I called Dan after I saw all the great reviews because of a squirrel problem under my back deck. I also was more than impressed with Dan's service. He even came out on a Sunday morning. The job necessitated the removal of part of the deck to get access underneath. He removed a dead squirrel (which prompted my call to him), placed an odor bag there and proceeded to check a vent which goes under the house to make sure they hadn't gotten in there also, and it was secure. He then blocked and secured two points of entry and meticulously put the decking material back in place. He also patched a couple of holes under some stairs on a sidewalk where squirrels were making burrows. Service is what doing business is all about and I have already recommended him to others! I had noticed some spiders in the house I was about to move into. Dan came right over and sprayed the next day! I haven't seen a single spider since! Super nice guy too! I highly reccomend Dans Pest and Wildlife Control!

We were having a problem with mice in our kitchen. We had used someone else previously, and that did not take care of the problem. Dan came out and was incredibly thorough with his work. He found the source of the problem under the house, and did an amazing job sealing everything off under sinks, under the dishwasher, under the house, in the garage, etc. I couldn't believe the amount of time and energy he spent making sure to alleviate the problem. I recently moved into a new house (New to me) and I started hearing some noises off the master bedroom. The noises continued over a couple of days, and it happened to be Friday afternoon when I decided to call someone. I looked up pest people and liked Dan's reviews, so I called him.
