Was treated awful, bought $2000 worth of furniture, and 4 months later it started falling apart. They sent someone to my place who agreed it was the manufacturers and said it needed replaced. The manager told me I had to take it up with the manufacturer and that M.Jacobs would not accept responsibility and there was no more that they could do. I kept going in and trying to talk to the people at M. Jacobs, and they told me that I could not come back to the store or they would call the cops. I will NEVER do business with M. Jacobs again, and I tell everyone I know not to do business with them and refer them to local business owners who take care of there customers.

We love our new sofa and dining room table. Excellent quality and the service, both sales and delivery,were outstanding.

Excellent customer service. There was a sales guy close by but not in the way. Lots of elbow room to roam and also ask questions. Our new furniture is good quality and the delivery guys were on time and didn't leave any sign they had been there. (no garbage left behind, marks or scuffs on floors or walls.) Good experience for first time furniture buyers.
