"Family heirloom furniture is priceless. The stories behind each piece motivate me to do my best. I have worked on hundreds of tables, chairs, desks and chests over the years, honing the skills of this craft, learning what to do and just as important, what not to do. I'm committed to recognizing the craftsmen who long ago created today's antiques. I will not erase or damage their work by stripping and refinishing. There are more appropriate methods that retain originality and value, keeping antiques 'honest' through proper restoration. I've been restoring furniture as long as I've been gardening organically, another passion of mine, and your antiques will receive as much attention and care as the garden that feeds my family."
