The health care system claims to be the first truly integrated delivery system for central and eastern Oregon. Located in Bend, Ore., Central Oregon Independent Health Services administers the Oregon Health Plan, provides medical management services for worker's compensation insurers, and offers third-party administrative services to contracted organizations.
