Do not rent from them

Positive: they are responsive and politeNegative: they will take building maintenance out of your deposit. For example, if their plumber makes a mistake repairing your toilet, you also pay for him to come back and fix what he broke.I was fairly quiet (no loud TV or music) for the duration of my stay, and yet I got nuisance notices about noise that could not have been because of me. I saw that my neighbors got them too. indiscriminate spamming of warnings... not cool.

Would NEVER rent through this company again!

Lived in a rental through them for over a year. They were very flaky about coming to do maintenance fixes, and NEVER answer their phones! Ruined my rental history, with completely false accusations! Would not recommend them as a property management company to anyone!

Move Out Scammers, Don't trust them

Lived there for a year - when I moved in the place was super dirty and had to be scrubbed...when I moved out I scrubbed EVERYTHING, had the carpets cleaned. Painted over scuffs in the walls, cleaned the blinds, window seals - everything you could think to clean and much more. There was nothing left to clean. They charged me $500 in cleaning and maintenance fees. It was a fairly small place. I am fighting with them now - thank GOD for pictures. I have rented numerous places, from companies large and small and have always gotten my full deposit back.

Awesome Staff!

These guys have a great list of available rentals in both Bend and Redmond! The PLUS crew are always so upbeat and they seem to genuinely enjoy their work, they are also very attentive when listening to my questions. All around a GREAT company to do business with!

Easy Going!

WONDERFUL MANAGEMENT COMPANY

I have been an income property owner for over 20 years and can say without doubt that the best money I ever spent in ownership capacity is in hiring Plus Property Management to manage my properties. They are consistently helpful and courteous to both myself and to my tenants, as reported to me. They are without a doubt, in my expert opinion, the best management company in Central Oregon for both property owners and for renters.
