The crew were total pros, and that's hard to find in the service industry because companies usually SUCK IN BEND! Seriously it's like the romper room of businesses in this town. Prestige came through and were fantastic, would definitely use again.

In any move, it depends entirely on the skill and experience of the crew and driver. In our case, we were very lucky to get, a seasoned driver, and excellent loading/unloading crews on both ends. We only lost a couple of inconsequential breakable items in boxes that we packed. Even though we moved to Tucson, the hired crews from Phoenix, 90 miles away, to unload our stuff because he didn't think the crews from Tucson were as good. The crews were unfailingly professional and willing to please. We were also pleased to get a refund, the first time ever from a mover, since the load was lighter than was estimated.

Fantastic - Came on time, wrapped the majority of our stuff. Indeed, even let us use boxes to pack our garments in. Extremely Professional. Will utilize again for the following move.

I have moved enough times to know what good service is. I cannot say enough positive things about Prestige! They made the process as easy as possible from start to finish. They provided all of the moving boxes, tape, and wrapping paper in addition to teaching me how to properly pack. The crew that showed up on moving day worked their butts off. Not only did they show up on time.... they showed up 30 minutes early and ready to get to work.

We have used Prestige Moving and Storage 4 times, 3 times in the last 10 years and we couldn't be more pleased with the way Bryan and all of his staff handled the moves and our belongings. We have moved in town, out of state and back, each time was an excellent experience for us. They were on time, professional and courteous to us and our personal items. We will move again and Prestige Allied in Bend will be the movers for us. My mother has also used them numerous times and again, the experience was excellent. We thank Bryan and his team for being able to help us through the difficulty of moving and making it a wonderful experience.

My boyfriend recently moved from Sunriver to Prineville and had to have his furniture stored for a few months until our house was ready to move in to. Prestige was awesome, timely, friendly, competent and did a wonderful job. They are all business and were always easy to reach with questions. We had one problem and they took care of it immediately, no questions asked. We were very happy with everything about our move with Prestige. We highly recommend their services.

I have used Prestige numerous times over the years and they are easily the best in town. The crews have always been experienced, courteous and reliable. Highly recommended.

Thanks to Bryan and his crew for the great work they have done. They have moved not only my home, but my business as well and each time it's been a great experience.

With my home, they've moved me in their busy season as well as their slow season. It's been good either way. As is sometimes the case, closing escrow can be a bit uncertain and this affected us with trying to set up an actual move date. Bryan was extremely accommodating with my uncertainty - and even during his busiest time of the year. He was great about keeping me appraised of arrival times for his crew, the crew were all extremely respectful, and they were conscientious of taking care of my belongings.

With the business move, they were dedicated to getting everything done in one day - which was a BIG challenge because of the heaviness of the items being moved.

I would definitely recommend them.

I called Prestige Moving & Storage in Bend based on the recommendation of our realtor. I worked with the sales manager Jason, who scheduled movers through Allied Van Lines in Southern California. They got it right on what counts when moving: arrived on-time on scheduled date, packed professionally and efficiently, delivered to storage on date promised, all items in great condition. The movers clearly put in extra effort to set up the storage unit in a horseshoe so all items could be viewed and accessed. We are grateful to have had such a good experience and will use Prestige with any of our moving needs going forward!
