We arrived just before the advertised show time. The young man behind the counter told us that because other people weren't there for our showing, they decided not to play it. But if we wanted to watch another movie (a kid's animated movie, no less) for free, it was only 15 minutes in. When we declined and left, he locked the door behind us to make sure no one else came in. I've been in poorly attended theaters before, but I've never heard of just choosing not to honor a show time because not enough people showed up. The price of our tickets, popcorn and soda would have more than made up for the little bit of extra labor we would have caused. The two kids behind the counter obviously just wanted to get out early that night. I wasn't going to write a negative review, but the manager never responded to my email. Judging from another review, it seems like teenage employees have free reign there and the manager doesn't care about customer dissatisfaction.
