Square One Properties began as a business that was primarily focused on the acquisition and rehabilitation of distressed properties that reduced the value of neigboring properties.  Due to the unfortunate timing of the start of business and the housing economy disaster, we decided to shift our focus toward preserving properties for the people who occupied them and a select few investors.   Upon completion of our original acquisition, a 1927 cottage in Bend that was completely remodeled from top to bottom, we worked primarily for the banks preserving bank owned properties.  For the last year we have been getting back to the original scope of our business focus by rehabbing properties that have been acquired by new home owners and local investors. 

The main aspects of Square One Properties that stand above our competition is our extreme attention to detail, top quality craftsmanship, customer relations, and community development.  We are here to stay and strive to grow and maintain our reputation as a quality business with our customer's best interests in mind. 

In the four years we have been in business, we have not had a single documented complaint or claim against us.  We utilize smaller independent contractors and material suppliers as often as possible and maintain solid relationships by conducting business in a professional manner.
