I really like Downtown Dental because they are really knowledgeable and always know how to help me.

Dr. Elder makes visiting the dentist the most pleasant experience. I understand why I need the work done that he says and everything I've gotten done has made my mouth feel better. I am happy I have this dentist because I don't know if any other doctor could have convinced me to go through with the work I got done for all the right reasons.

After I made up my mind to have this changed – I wanted my natural smile back – I started to research on the Internet and checked out different sites from all over the world. From what I found was Downtown Dental Benicia web site was the one which attracted me the most. I exchanged a few emails with them and from what I’ve gathered I found him very trustworthy

For me this was the very best experience I have ever had in a dentist office ever. I am actually looking forward to having my work completed and having a perfect smile all thanks to Downtown Dental Benicia and Dr. J!! My new year (my BD) is starting off on the right path; a path to becoming healthier and where better to start than with my smile!!

This is my 3 visit to Downtown Dental Benicia and each visit has been a positive experience. The staff is very friendly, personable. and professional. I would highly recommend you to my friends.

The visit was to replace a filling. It seemed to be a busy day in the office as I waited for a short time before being seen. Other than HAVING to replace a filling, excellent service as usual.

As usual, the work was professional. Dr Jack & his staff has always been courteous & professional. He has all the latest equipment & his receptionists are always friendly. Great place to bring children.

Had a great visit as always. I am always impressed with the professionalism and teamwork.

To be honest, I really don't like going to the dentist. I have sensitive teeth and really, getting any work done, from a cleaning to a filling, is like nails on a chalkboard for me. With that said, everyone at Downtown Dental Benicia does everything they can to make me comfortable, including using alternate tools (ie, I HATE the explorer). I so appreciate this extra effort because I am sure it makes their day just a little harder and maybe my appointment a little longer. But they do it anyways, asking all along the way if I am okay. So that is why I give Downtown Dental Benicia five stars!

WOW! I CAN EAT! It all began when I had dentures.. I could not wear the bottoms at all.. made so many sores, than the sores would break and YUCK... I met Dr. Jack and he told me to smile as he took x-rays.. My insurance would not pay for the bottom implants, but I wanted to eat more than mashed potatoes! The first thing I did was to eat a raw carrot! Would I do it again? YES! YES! YES! Many blessings!

I wanted my teeth straighter, but I didn't want to be in pain. My aligners are so comfortable, compared to the metal braces I had when I was a kid, that sometimes I forget I have them on.

I originally had the screw-type implants placed. However, after a while I became so annoyed with the loosening and breaking of the screws. Then, I was advised to replace the screw-type implants with Downtown Dental implants. It has now been eight years and I have had no problems with my Downtown Dental implants. They feel great!
