I just purchased a dozen crickets ($1.58) there and handed the employee a $10 and 60 cents. He handed me 2 cents change. He said you want a bag and I said yes and left. I realized I didn't get my $9 change and went back in and told him. He said the only 10 he had was from opening this morning and I gave him a one. His boss said ring out and count and naturally it came up even. When I walked out he pocketed the !0 obviously cause I'm an honest man. I know I handed him a 10 cause that's all I had. He didn't give me my cash and I have a dozen crickets that cost me $10.60!

I purchased a tortoise for approximately $189.99 three weeks ago. When I got home I noticed it had soft shell and a blue film over its eyes. Today I found him in his cage dead. He did not die from insufficient food water or heat. He was sick at the time of purchase. They do not take care or there turtles, tortoises or any other animal of that manner to the fullest extent. All of there puppys look underfed and most have kennel cough. All of there animald are not well taken care of. I do not recommend any one to buy an animal from this store.

I got 2 puppies from this store, I bought 1 in 2010 & the other 1 in October 2011, both were very healthy when I bought them & both are STILL very healthy now, b/c I actually paid attention to the employee & did what he said to do & I haven't had a problem with either dog, my babies are great tempered & also love each other like sisters!

I purchased a Chorkie with a portion of the lung collapsed or chronic pnumonia and a heart murmur. I took the puppy to the store's vet after weeks of chronic coughing and repeated doses of antibiotics given to me by the store's manager. The manager can't DECIDE whether to isuue a refund even though the contract clearly staes this policy. I have filed a complaint with the Atty General's Office.

We purchased a puppy from here 2 months ago. The second day we had the puppy around midnight he started to cough and gag and throw up a white foam. I took him to the emergency vet by my house to have him looked at. He had an xray done to ensure it wasn't pneumonia. He wound up being diagnose with kennel cough. My bill came out to over $360. When purchasing the puppy you receive paper worm about a "puppy lemon law" which states that if the puppy is diagnose with a respiratory problem that you can submit the bill and paper work from the vet ton the store within 10 days of purchase and they will refund you your money within 14 days. They do not refund for x rays though. I delivered the vet bill and paper work to the store on October 31 and got a refund of only $47.25 which covered only the prescription on November 22, 23 days after I sumbmitted the paper work. I called to ask why the emergency vet charge wasn't covered and they told me "because you are supposed to take the dog to the vet within 10 days of purchase". That is bs! I had to rush the dog to the emergency vet because they can't keep their store disease free and I had to pay for the whole thing. Another thing, the staff here are all very rude. If you ask them a question they act like it is a huge inconvenience for them to even be talking to you. I can't say that I regret going to this place because I love this puppy with all my heart but I definitely regret having to have dealt with those scumbags. I would avoid this place at all costs if I were you.

THIS PET STORE IS AWFUL. NO OF THE DOGS HAD ANY WATER OR FOOD WHEN I WAS THERE. THE WERE ALL IN VERY SMALL, DIRTY CAGES. THE PLACE SMELT LIKE SMOKE BECAUSE THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE SOME RIGHT IN SIDE THE STORE. THE FISH TANKS WERE DIRTY WITH LOTS OF DEAD FISH.I CAN NOT SAY ONE GOOD THING ABOUT THIS PET STORE....
