Worst decision my family ever made. My apartment had mice in it. Maintenance and the property manager refused to do anything. The staff is unfriendly.

There are good places and bad places and unfortunately this is not a good one. The staff is not nice and don't seem to care. The maintenance is horrible. The windows are new, but the apartments are still drafty. When they replaced the windows, they left sheet metal everywhere. My son got hurt and they didn't seem to care. Safety is an issue. The rent is high and the utility bill is extremely high for as little as it runs. The location is convenient but not a place I would want to live.

I have to agree with the other reviews. Berkeley Trace Apartments has the worst management around. The staff are the unhappiest, unfriendliest, nastiest individuals around. They are rude and don't want to help at all. The apartments are noisy and yes, you can hear your neighbors through the walls. Forget about maintenance. They are downright the worst and the new property manager is worse the other one. Berkeley Trace Apartments needs a major overhaul. The rent is high and the treat their tenants down right nasty. The apartments are old and the electricity bill is high.

The office staff is horrible and rude. Maintenance is unreliable and rude. One of the worst decisions I ever made in moving here. They raise the rent every year. The windows are drafty. The apartments are paper thin. BIG mistake. Lousy maintenance.
