I wish I could give zero stars! I had an appointment (between 5:30-6pm) to get a dress hemmed. I brought everything I needed and when I got there at 5:45pm, no one answered the door! I waited outside of her home, in the heat, for thirty minutes. I also called, only to leave a message that I was waiting outdoors, but no one answered or even got back to me. I was so mad! I could've spent the time before the appointment, and while waiting outside her home, looking for someone who actually wants my business. What a waste of gas to drive 15 minutes there and 15 minutes home. Absolutely no consideration! Not even a text/call to reschedule or cancel. I'm going to go to an actual business next time. How rude?!?!
