I have a Saturn Ion. Everyone is extremely nice and polite, free coffee and snacks. The only problem is I always feel like I'm paying far more then when I went to my local mechanic. Although I can make an appointment. They have made mention that they might not have a part in, but I have never had to wait for them. Easy in and out a few hours later.
