The main problem with this office I s the owner(s) are not dentists. Genital Dental facilities are franchise s. There is ONE dentist for 5 exam rooms. It is run like a factory. Over booked, under staffed. I will never go t h 're again because the way the practice is run. It's all about the money for the owner. That came from the mouth of a licensed dentist that was leaving in a month to open his own practice. That was about 2010. I have yet to find a dental group in my area and I have great dental insurance.

ost 2 now and I'm still sitting here with a bib on waiting. I guy walked in who looked dumb as they come and I really don't think I'm going to allow them to perform my extraction. The place is dirty and I'm looking at pieces of bloody teeth on the floor at my feet. Last visit they were telling me to have a tooth canal...on a brown broken destroyed tooth!!!! Ok so now I got the injections. It's been 10 minutes. My lip is numb. The tooth? Nope. Meanwhile he left and I hear him greeting and beginning work on other patients. This is not acceptable and I'm about to question if this is even going to be a sanitary experience. Even the novacaine is wearing off. I think he forgot about me. I think I'm just gonna go. Update: he tried to remove the tooth after the injections wore off from him constantly going back and forth between patients. I pushed his hand away in pain and told him to not touch me. I told him I never dealt with any dentist so unprofessional and dirty in my life. I showed him the pieces of teeth on the floor and he ran into a back room and hid. I had to demand for antibiotics with the receptionist and she had to keep going back and forth to the room he locked himself in and he said he'll give me more pain meds...IM 7 MONTHS PREGNANT which he knows. She got him to give me stronger antibiotics...so strong that I called me obgyn before filling and they said under no circumstances am I to take them. I am now reporting gentle dental and contacting a lawyer and he broke the tooth leaving me in excruciating pain. Don't go here...I cannot express this enough. They need to be shut down.
