So I got this Insurance through the dealership where I bought my new car. The experience with them was not so pleasant. So I had a policy start on the 27th of April. I was handed an Insurance card that was faxed to the dealership and that was it. At no time d id anyone say what my coverage was or any other paperwork given to me.A couple days later I received a thank you letter for setting up quick pay with them. Still no paperwork or email or phone call about my coverage. Skip to yesterday the 15th of April. I received a bill in the mail for my insurance but still no documentation of my coverages.So I wrote an email explaining how it was strange I have a bill before any insurance paperwork. Also telling them that I would be canceling my Insurance as of the 26th of this month. So to that email is replied, and I quote word for word, "Thanks Dude! its been our pleasure :)"Seems they are the most professional people in the world there.So yeah my experience with them was not stellar and they no longer have my business because of it. Though I somehow don't think they car one way or another about their service.So congratulations on getting my $!90.00 which had a $35.00 application fee. Who the hell charges application fees. I know 3 other companies Got quotes from don't so way to scrape more money out of people's pockets.
