Me and my family wanted a quick bite to eat while after we shopped and decided to stop by Panera Bread. I have a 13 year old daughter who was diagnosed with Celiac Disease (Google it for more info). I told the woman that was taking our order to make my daughter's salad without any gluten. (BBQ Chicken Salad)When I got our order, my daughter took two bites of her salad before freezing after looking at her salad in confusion. I looked through her salad to find frizzled onions. I went up to the counter and asked them how the onions ended up in the salad. She said "She doesn't have any gluten problems." (She could have ASKED if my daughter had gluten problems!) I snapped at her and told her, which she suddenly said, "I'm sorry!" I should have suspected that there would be some kind of problem in a place with bread literary in its name. But since they have such a huge company, I foolishly closed my eyes.

You may assume that we are not going there ever again.
