When choosing any business to work with it's important to feel comfortable. When choosing something as personal as permanent makeup it's essential. I couldn't be happier with Joanne. She is professional and friendly; a combination that can be difficult to find anymore. There was no feeling of being rushed...there was only a sincere desire on her part to ensure what she provided was quality - and it was awesome. Joanne took a lot of time with me and by the time I left I was not only elated with the results but felt as if I had spent that time with a new friend. I would recommend her services to anybody and I know that in the first phone consult you have with her you'll feel welcomed. It only gets better from there.

I have been to Reclaimed Beauty several times for an Erbium. The difference in my skin is amazing. It is tighter, more radiant and my pores are none existing. Joanne is a true professional and it is a very relaxing atmosphere. She also goes one step further than the competition. She does the lazor a 2nd time which makes a huge difference, so you are really getting 2 for the price of one.
