Provided by YP.comI will not be returning to any ZIPS Dry Cleaners. I went to the Bensalem location FOUR times for ONE shirt. There were no stains on the shirt when I took it there, but then there were stains on the shirt each time after that. They did three "re-dos" of the shirt, the last one by the owner himself. I tried to resolve the situation by "meeting in the middle" because the stain put there after the shirt was under ZIPS care was not removed. The owner said he could not get the stain out. The store employees had marked the shirt two separate times with chalk in order to show where the problems were. The store documented most of the stains, but probably not all. I told the owner that I would post online and to give me my shirt back so that I could leave and he continued to argue that I must have gotten food on the shirt beforehand. There were no stains on the shirt beforehand. I am extremely dissatisfied. Not only do I have a stain on an interview shirt, but I tried to resolve the situation by offering to use coupons and to drive to get a new shirt vs. pay shipping to reduce the cost.... It would have been about 50 dollars then... The owner wanted to send the shirt to get "analyzed" to see if it was food. I don't care what the stain was caused by, just get it out if it happened at your establishment! No move to meet me at half of even the cost after coupons. No acknowledgment that his establishment put stains in (most of them taken out after another redo). No acknowledgment of the time and energy in order to try to fix this. This guy really just didn't want to help. He said he would lose about 50 dollars anyway to get it "analyzed" with a $44 fee. Why not just offer to pay that cost towards the shirt instead? I had brought other garments that were fine, why not fix what happened in your store? That would sound "reasonable" to me, especially after FOUR tries on the same shirt and from 7/31/15 to 8/6/15. I told them I had vacation coming up and also a colliding interview. No help. Just telling me that I had food on the shirt that I wore to an interview without eating breakfast beforehand and also taking off right after the interview (I wear a tank top underneath) when I get back to the car and put into a garment bag. Both of my parents saw the shirt and the last stain in question was not there even when I brought it home from the cleaners the first time. After that, I made sure to check it IN THE STORE instead of taking it home. I made every effort to take any responsibility I could, but a business needs to fix their "end of the stick".
