I had a great experience with buying a car from Mike. He does things a little differently (e.g. he doesn't give out much info over the phone, the cars on the website might not still be available) so your best bet is to go in and check out the cars that are available. He is an honest guy. He prints out the carfax and reviews everything with you. And the prices are well below KBB. Overall had a great experience and got a nice, almost new car for an unbeatable price.

Well I dealt with Mike at Mike's Auto Forum here in Arlington Heights to handle some issues I was having with my Chevy. He was very professional and didn't try and sell me service I didn't need as I did already know what the issue was. Ordered the parts and my car was done before the close of business.

Horrible promises to send me a glove box - to date we still have not received it. It took 6 months before I got my title too!!!! Horrible!!!

I was driving a run down '01 Altima until I got recommended to Mike by a coworker. Although the process was a little longer than expected, Mike was able to provide me with a loaner car until the 2016 Sonic LTZ that I had requested was ready! I drive about 100 miles daily now for work and have had the car for almost a month now. It runs extremely smooth and pretty much as new! It was a great decision as it only had 10,000 miles and has been very reliable. I know if I have any issues, I can call Mike and he'd gladly help me out since his business is very family oriented. Completely with the price and process to attain this gorgeous car.

Thanks again Mike!! Second car we have purchased from Mike. First car was for our 16 year old and the second was for my dad. Each car was priced beyond what any dealer could offer and comes with a 5 year warranty. I highly recommend them. It's always better to go see Mike in person. He sells the cars so quickly that by the time he posts it on the Internet it's sold shortly after. They are upfront, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Both transactions were short and sweet - not like going to the dealership and wasting an entire day. We recommend Mike to all of our friends and family!!

I bought a 2010 cobalt lt from Mike a few weeks ago. The reservoir for the wiper fluid was leaking, I called him and he immediately got me set up with a time to get it fixed . Honestly for the price I paid I don't think would have found a better deal anywhere else. You have 2 weeks to return the vehicle, 5 year/60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty with $250 deductible. Where are you going to find a deal like that. Mike may seem a lil rough around the edges but sitting down and talking to him like an adult you see a very likeable person. I will definitely go back in a few years to buy another vehicle from him. The repairs they did made the car look brand new.

I bought a Chevy Cruze from Mikes the other day, I knew the previous damage and albeit it did take much longer than expected he kept me updated and well informed and needless to say I am very satisfied with my car. My daughter is also going to be buying a car from him as well. Mike is good people and I will definitely recommend him to future people.

We bought our second car from Mike's this year, and we could not be happier with either the price or the service on both of them. Both Cobalts (2007 and 2004) have proven to be cheap and reliable transportation for 2 college students. The 2007 was purchased in 2009. It had less than 9,000 miles, looked like new, and sold for less than $7,000. It's still running like new. The 2004, bought this year, has been just as good. When it comes time to replace my current car, Mike's is where I will go first. No one beats him for quality used cars at a price so low you will be surprised!

I bought a Chevy Cobalt from Mikes and I really have to wonder if the earlier reviewer has ever been to Mike's I have bought many cars over the years from Mike. This used car lot is much different than the rest. It is family owned and operated and I always know that what Mike says is what goes he offers a 3 year Warranty with the Cobalt and mine had some noise that began to get worse over the first month after buying it. I had checked out and when I found out it was a major tranny repair , the warranty kicked in and covered the repair , I was able to have a 2900 repair done for $500. Mike is an upfront and honest guy , he really cares about his customers and is not trying to grow into a huge car lot. I have to speculate that this reviewer has never met Mike nor been a customer, Mike will go the extra mile for his customers. I have referred family and friends and always they are happy and treated fairly. The reason I am giving him a 4 vs 5 star review is that I got the cobalt with the beige interior when I really wanted the dark charcoal.

They have worked on all our cars from our cars to our children's cars. With mechanics, no surprises is a good thing and with Mike's there are never any surprises. They do what they say they will do, and do it right. I would recommend their work to all my friends.

I spent many months visiting dealerships looking for a car to buy. I had owned my truck for the last 12 years, so I wasn't in any rush to buy. So I walked into this dealership 2 months ago, and walked out with one that I loved.

Great experience.Good people. I found this used car online and talked to Mike. He was very professional and upfront working with me. The price was great compared to others online. The car was in excellent condition as stated by Mike. The whole team from sales to finance was very pleasant to work with. Great service. Good people. Highly Recommend.

I just bought a 2008 VW Jetta from this establishment and I have to say that I was very happy with the customer service and the deal I got on the car. Their no haggle price was far lower than the other dealers around town and the vehicle has low mileage and runs like a champ.

I do not enjoy going to car dealerships and always feel as though I'm going to get a bad deal but at Mikes they made me feel very comfortable! I got a great deal on my car and I am very happy with it!

I am a woman and car dealerships are not my favorite places to visit. I normally get taken advantage of and end up putting way too much money down for a car that I can't afford in the long run, and generally get screwed even though I am lead to believe that I am getting the best deal to begin with. That was not the case here at Mike's Auto, they did some number crunching to work with me in my price range. I was satisfied with the deal and left feeling good about the whole thing.

They have a great service department. The communication level is excellent while service is underway. They go the extra mile to assure warranty coverage. Thank you for time and service.

This is a great place to get a used car in really great condition, for a really great price. I was very happy with the whole experience of buying a car here. I walked in not feeling very hopeful that I would find something, but I walked out a very happy customer.

This dealership had been very good to me with the purchase of my new vehicle in 2005 and all the service department visits since my purchase. The staff in new car sales and service department is very helpful and has good knowledge in the Toyota.
