Disappointed that we started out our vacation here. We were overcharged for extra sandwiches, & could not see that until we had already paid & were given the receipt. We asked for a refund. The 2 employees didn't know how to refund a credit card. or give cash refunds. No mgr. on duty. We asked them to call the mgr. Apparently the mgr. told them to take our receipt back & they would do the refund at a later date. We told them we were from out of state & couldn't wait days for a refund. They ended up giving us someone else's receipt that had been paid in cash & then voided, & saying the $ had been returned to our card. When we got home a week later we found out we did not get refunded. We are giving the employees the benefit of the doubt- but PLEASE- manager or owner, TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW TO DO REFUNDS before someone else comes in who may get more upset with them.
