They have a cat that they allow to roam free in this establishment. It tends to come to the front of the shop and sit on the table. On multiple occasions when we've gone there we asked them to move the cat, they usually do. In this last instance, the cat attacked our dog and drew blood.

When the owner was notified, instead of providing an apology, she immediately screamed into the phone that it was all our fault and was yelling loud enough that my wife heard without the phone being on speaker. I hung up on her and refused to talk to her when she attempted to call again. She proceeded to write a passive-aggressive Facebook post about the incident in which she personally attacked my wife and I. Then began claiming the dogs are pitbulls, when one is a one year old, deaf boxer/pointer mix and the other is a 10 year old Catahula.

The lack of professionalism, competency and safety of this establishment is staggering, I would recommend you not only walk, but run away from this place.

If you are looking for a warm, pet loving, family friendly place to take your fur babies to than this is the place you have been looking for! My fur babies have been going here for about 4 yrs and I wouldn't dare think about taking them to anyone else! My fur babies are just as happy when I pick them up as they are when I drop them off!
