Provided by YP.comI called this company the scheduled me out two weeks which was fine. They showed up and took a look at my stove and roof top pipe said it needed some work and would return with pipe in a week around 500.00 dollars. 4 weeks later I had to call company back, they had no paper work or record in the office. Took my name and number they called back a week later said they had all the paperwork now and it would cost over a thousand dollars to replace a pipe. My opinion, not a very service company.

Provided by YP.comContacted this company to perform a Chimney Sweep, they scheduled me two weeks out and advised they would call on their way out. On the day of the appointment I waited all day and received a phone call at 4:30pm stating they were not going to make it due to it getting dark early. They have yet to call and try to rescedule. Americans lose 37.3 million dollars a year waiting on service providers because they can't give a time to be out. This is one of those companies and I was out $341.76 that day for lost wages of taking off work to wait.
The date of the complaint gives some indication that the client had waited until cold weather to request service, although we advertise well in advance that we work year-round and that bookings will be solid and unpredictable at least 2-4 weeks in advance after September. Many of our customers take advantage of the summer to make certain their equipment is ready to go at the first hint of cold weather or for the first televised football game. Buck's technicians never wish to disappoint although at times it is unavoidable - exactly as it may be at any service institution, even at your doctor's office - and we hope this person will call again.
