Central Arkansas Development Council is a private, nonprofit organization working to improve the quality of life of communities in Arkansas. Central Arkansas Development Council organizes family development credential classes developed by Cornell University. More than 12 counties in Arkansas and over 35,000 individuals have participated in various activities held by Central Arkansas Development. The organization is one of the leading community action agencies offering a broad network of services, including nutrition, energy assistance, weatherization, transportation, community development, head start, senior adult centers, microenterprise development and other training opportunities.
