Central Arkansas Development Council is a private, nonprofit organization working to improve the quality of life of communities in Arkansas. The organization engages low-income individuals and families in programs and services that improve their ability to become self-sufficient. Central Arkansas Development Council organizes family development credential classes developed by Cornell University.
