Paid 73.58$ for a custom topsie tipsie 3 tier cake for my husbands 50th birthday surprise party. When I picked it up....didn't want to take it home for it nothing like I ordered. Paula was rude and said she couldn't do anything about it..gave me 20$ and no cake. The cake was cracked and had no supports and came in the box already mangled because the bottom wasn't flat cardboard. It was the wrong color and didn't put any decorations that I brought to be added after cake was complete. They had my phone number and contact info to call if any questions. I ended up having to kroger for a generic flat sheet 4th of july theme cake. Thank you nana's for making this a memorable birthday of the main thing going wrong. Still haven't heard anything from them other than them telling me the only thing I could do was write them a letter and then we would go from there. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and expensive lesson on my part.
